STUNNINGLY DISTURBING PATTERN IN VADRA LAND DEALS AND POLITICAL CRONYISM/FAVOURITISM OF CONGRESS

Vadra's every land deal follows the stunningly same pattern of political cronyism/favouritism combined with capital gains.Every party to the deal is either son/other relative of a congress man or a politically well connected person. And these shady land deals take place in only congress ruled states with active participation of the congress govts.

Let us take the example of Onkareshwar Properties which sold land to Vadra at throwaway price.

1.One of the directors of Onkareshwar is Sandeep Dahia, nephew of CM Hooda's wife.

2.Another director is Sushil Gupta from Rohtak, a close friend of Hooda.

3.Another director,Satyanand Yajee is also close to Hooda. Both are members of ALL INDIA FREEDOM FIGHTERS ASSOCIATION(AIFFA). Yajee was entrusted with constructing a memorial for Hooda's  father,Chowdhary Ranbeer Singh in Rohtak.

Onkareshwar's fortunes changed dramatically as a result of deal with Vadra.

1.From a loss of Rs 23 lakhs,it registered a huge profit of Rs 55 crores for the 1st time in 2009,thanks to a series of clearances for realty projects in & around the same village where Vadra bought land.

2.Onkareshwar has links to the company owned by Vinod Sharma,a controversial congress man. It shares a common office with Mark Buildtech, owned by Kartikeya Sharma, the son of Vinod Sharma.Onkareshwar invested Rs 25 crores of its profits in Kartikeya Sharma's media companies.

3.Vadra in his shady land deals has often found to engage the services of local real estate players with strong congress links.

Vadra has used the services of a politically well connected,Mahesh Nagar.Vadra has used Nagar as his frontman in at least 2 congress ruled states appointing him as his power of attorney.

For this consideration, his brother,Lalit Nagar was awarded the congress ticket to contest 2009 Haryana assembly elections.

Mahesh Nagar  also played an active role in Vadra's acquisition of 400 acres of prime land in Faridabad,Haryana,as well as in acquisition of 300 acres of land in Bikaner,Rajasthan. In Bikaner he purchased a wasteland which within no time became prominent as an emerging solar energy hub thus drawing speculators which is only benefitting Vadra.

4.Another beneficiary was Aftab Ahmad, congress MLA from NUH,3 hours from Gurgaon  who sold 17 acres of his farmland in Shakarpuri village of Mewat in 2009 to Vadra at a throwaway price of Rs 2 lakh/acre almost 8 times below the circle rate of Rs 16 lakhs/acre. This explains why Ahmad who lost twice was provided a 3rd opportunity to contest.

Note the coincidence, the Bikaner land purchase was made in Gehlot's regime & the solar power  hub is being promoted & overseen by the Central govt's JAWAHAR LAL NEHRU SOLAR ENERGY MISSION.So isn't it clear that both central as well as the state govts in Rajasthan & Haryana played an active role in ensuring huge profits for Vadra. Why every body knows. Why Sonia Gandhi did not stop either Vadra from acquiring land illegitimately or the cong state govts for assisting him in the crime which rendered a huge blow to the exchequer of these states? This raises a serious question on Sonia's credibility & her claims of non interference in govt affairs in congress ruled centre or in the states though it has increasingly become abundantly clear that she is an extra constitutional authority with autocratic rights! It is unbelievable that she did not actively assist her son in law with all the resources at her command. This expose of Vadra has come as a serious blow not only to the congress but also the entire nation which was shamed by the duly elected, crony capitalism promoting congress govt. It's a tight slap on the face of the people who elected as well as those who ensured the formation of UPA-II govt.

It's still not too late.Take a vow to ensure that the congress is wiped out from this country effectively & efficiently. These traitors indulging in anti national activities deserve that.
